HVCC Refund Choice cards

 

The first group of HVCC Refund Choice Cards have been mailed to matriculated students who are registered (paid) for the Summer semester.

Beginning with the Summer semester, students will have options for how they would like to receive refunds from the college.

When they receive the HVCC Refund Choice Card in the mail, they will use it to log on and select their refund preference.

They will have the option of:

(1) Opening a checking account with Higher One and having their refunds deposited to that account (and using their HVCC Refund Choice Card at ATMs on campus or to pay for purchases anywhere Debit MasterCard is accepted),

OR

(2) ACH (direct) deposit to another bank account,

OR

(3) Paper check mailed to their home by Higher One.

Cards will be mailed daily to students, as they pay their registration bill.

Students will receive one card  – and that will be their card for their entire time at Hudson Valley.  Students can change their refund preference at any time by logging in to www.hvccrefundchoicecard.com.

Matriculated students who do not register for summer, and who are returning or registering for the Fall semester, will receive their Refund Choice Card after they pay their Fall registration bill.
