The Ukrainian visitors, in the Capital Region to tour local hospitals, colleges, visit the NYS Health Department and meet with lawmarkers, made a stop at Hudson Valley Community College.
Their visit was coordinated by the International Center of the Capital Region that has office space on the HVCC campus. Executive Director Jennifer Zhao detailed some of the events planned this week.
