Important Announcement Regarding the Final Drop for Non-Payment

We realize that students are in various stages of the enrollment process and may have challenges preventing them from confirming registration by 5 p.m. today (Sept. 1).

We are offering students the option to sign a Financial Responsibility Statement in order to prevent their schedule from being dropped for non-payment as they work to finalize payment arrangements and financial aid.

Instructions for completion have been emailed to students’ HVCC email.

As a reminder:

Registration can be confirmed by paying the bill in full by use of the payment methods below:

– Online electronic check payment
– Credit card payment
– Establish a tuition payment plan
– Financial Aid

Please see the instructions below to confirm registration:

1.    Login to WIReD.

2.    Select the Enrollment, Financial Aid, Student Accounts and Student Services tab.

3.    Select Registration and then Confirm My Registration to pay your balance by payment arrangement and/or financial aid.

4.    If payment was made a receipt will be emailed to you confirming the payment was posted to your account.
