Spring 2016 and Summer 2016 Degree/Certificate Application Deadlines
This is a reminder that the degree/certificate application deadlines for Spring 2016 and Summer 2016 graduation are as follows:
Spring 2016 — Thursday, March 31, 2016
Summer 2016 — Wednesday, June 15, 2016
If you plan on graduating either in May or August, a completed degree/certificate application must be submitted to the Registrar’s Office by the appropriate deadline as noted above. Please note that a completed degree/certificate application requires department chairperson/advisor signature.
Applications received after the noted date will be considered for graduation for the following semester (i.e., a Spring application received on April 1 will be considered a Summer 2016 application, and a summer application received on June 16 will be considered a Fall 2016 application).
Important Note: Summer 2016 graduates are invited to the May Commencement ceremony. This will be the only commencement ceremony that you can attend. If you wish to participate and have your name appear in the Commencement program, you must have a completed degree/certificate application submitted by the March 31 deadline.

This Degree Application Deadline reminder has been posted to the Student Announcement Board, the digital monitors and all students have been sent a reminder email to their HVCC email account.
