Spring 2019 and Summer 2019 Degree/Certificate Application Deadlines
This is a reminder that the degree/certificate application deadlines for Spring 2019 and Summer 2019 graduation are as follows:
Spring 2019 — Friday, March 29, 2019
Summer 2019 — Friday, June 14, 2019
• If a student plans on graduating either in May or August, a completed degree/certificate application must be submitted to the Registrar’s Office by the appropriate deadline as noted above.
• Please note that a completed degree/certificate application requires department chairperson/advisor signature.
• Applications received after the noted date will be considered for graduation for the following semester (i.e., a spring application received on March 30 will be considered a Summer 2019 application and a summer application received on June 15 will be considered a Fall 2019 application).
• Important Note: Summer 2019 graduates are invited to the May Commencement ceremony. This will be the only commencement ceremony that you can attend. If you wish to participate and have your name appear in the Commencement program, you must have a completed degree/certificate application submitted by the March 29 deadline.

This Degree Application Deadline reminder has been posted to the Student Announcement board, the digital monitors and all students have been sent a reminder email has been sent to all students through their HVCC.edu email account.
