Hello,
Planned changes to our Banner environment were executed at 6 a.m. on Thursday, Dec. 19. Banner was available by 7 a.m.
The only anticipated impact for Banner users is that Banner now has a new url. This means if you have a saved bookmark for Banner, you will receive an error when you try to access Banner using the bookmark.
To get to Banner:
- Please navigate to https://www.hvcc.edu/internal-employees/banner.html (save this page as your new bookmark)
- Log in with your username and password
- Click on the Banner 9 (PROD) link
If you experience any issues, please open a ticket here.
- Click on ITS Service Request Ticket System
- Log in with your username and password
- Click Submit a Support Ticket on the upper left side
- Complete the form
— Ticket product = Banner/WIReD
— Enter Title
— Enter specific description of the issue you are experiencing
