Important information for INB Banner users

 

Hello,

Planned changes to our Banner environment were executed at 6 a.m. on Thursday, Dec. 19. Banner was available by 7 a.m.

The only anticipated impact for Banner users is that Banner now has a new url. This means if you have a saved bookmark for Banner, you will receive an error when you try to access Banner using the bookmark.

To get to Banner:

If you experience any issues, please open a ticket here.

  • Click on ITS Service Request Ticket System
  • Log in with your username and password
  • Click Submit a Support Ticket on the upper left side
  • Complete the form

— Ticket product = Banner/WIReD
— Enter Title
— Enter specific description of the issue you are experiencing
