Direct Deposit is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
The college is recommending that all employees enroll in Direct Deposit as part of an emergency readiness plan.
Advantages of Direct Deposit of Your Paycheck
It provides assurance that your pay will be in your bank account as of the bank opening on payday even if severe weather, such as a snowstorm or other circumstances such as a COVID-19 outbreak, that could delay the mail or your ability to pick up your paycheck on campus. Individuals using Direct Deposit do not have to make a bank deposit on payday and possibly wait in lines. Direct deposit is secure, convenient, and fast!
How to Sign Up

You also can stop by the Payroll Office (ADM 270) to pick one up and fill it out.
You can deposit money into up to two (2) different checking accounts and up to two (2) savings accounts. You will need your bank’s name, your bank routing number, your bank account number and the dollar amount you would like deposited when completing the form.
The Payroll Office will temporarily be accepting scanned copies of signed Direct Deposit forms until further notice. Additional verification steps will be involved. Direct Deposit takes two (2) pay periods to begin, therefore it is recommended that you get your forms to the Payroll Office ASAP.
