Certified Personal Trainer Steve Grogan will teach you about “High Intensity Resistance Training,” an exercise program unlike anything you might have seen before. Each session is a mixture of a lecture and a 30-45 minute workout, where you’ll learn how this system helped Steve go from 241 to 160 pounds.
