The Office of Workforce Development and Community Education is pleased to offer an Introduction to Quilling class.
Learn the basics of quilling (coiling/shaping thin strips of colorful paper) to create a beautiful design suitable for hanging, mailing or framing. Quilling requires a little patience and dexterity, and a willingness to get glue on your fingers, but you will love the results! The instructor will walk you through the basics of creating shapes, and assist as you create your own unique design.
