These are pieces of furniture and other items from clearing out a relative’s house:
Coffee table: dark wood and etched glass design, sides fold down, excellent condition; $45
Measurements are 39″ L x 22″W x 15.5″ H and the total length with the fold-down sides up is 52″.
Swivel/rocking chair: excellent condition, hardly been used; $60
It rocks and swivels, but is not a recliner. The fabric is very soft, almost a medium sage in color, and comfortable. This chair is lovely, but not over-sized. It was purchased new about two years ago at Old Brick Furniture for $250.
