Three leading scientific and medical journals are now available from Dwight Marvin Library to current students and faculty both on campus and remotely. These subscriptions expand library resources supporting biotechnology, health sciences, and scientific and technological innovation. In addition to reports and research, each journal includes career information and job postings. The online journals include video, blogs, late-breaking news, and many features unavailable in the print editions.
Science is a weekly publication of the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS). The journal includes peer-reviewed research articles and reports of significant advancements in scientific research. Access includes full text of each issue from 1997 to the present.
Published weekly by the London-based Nature Publishing Group, Nature includes peer-reviewed research and news of advancements in scientific research worldwide. Access includes full text of each issue from 1997 to the present.
JAMA is the highly respected journal published by the American Medical Association with news of medical research and clinical advances as well as patient education content. Access includes full text of each issue from 1998 to the present.
Access is available from the library Web site. Each journal also permits individuals to set up a personal account to gain access to newsletters, mobile app and other features. Personal accounts must be set up after accessing the journal from the library Web site.
