John L. Buono Award for Civic Engagement
–This scholarship is awarded to a full-time senior who has applied to graduate or a graduate of Hudson Valley Community College within the previous two semesters.
–Applicants must have a minimum 3.0 GPA at the time of graduation or before the last semester of graduation and 20 hours or more of community service during one full semester of academic work.
–Applicants must have a letter of recommendation from the participating agency supervisor.
–Applications are available from Anne LaBelle at the Marvin Library. Deadline for submitting application is April 1, 2011.
–The number of scholarships and award amount varies.
