Dina Farr, our Human Resources Recruitment Assistant, is retiring after a many years of dedication and outstanding service to the college. Please stop by the Office of Human Resources (ADM 140) on October 25th from noon – 2 p.m. to wish her the best, and enjoy a slice of pizza and cupcake too!
Dina has been with Hudson Valley Community College since 2002. She is a 2019 Merit Award recipient and a vital part of Human Resources team. She has always been willing to share her expertise with the college, especially in recruitment, hiring and making sure all steps and processes are followed during our search processes. Dina has also assisted in the development of an Affirmative Action hiring plan which now includes training committee members on all employee searches to help ensure a fair and equitable process. And how could we forget her famous mac & cheese that she would share on all the special occasions!
