Please join us for the 30th Annual Meritorious Service Awards and Pinning Ceremony this coming Friday afternoon as we honor this year-s award recipients and all those employees who are receiving service pins. This year 170 of our colleagues will celebrate service anniversary years. Thirty-two will celebrate 25 or more years of service, and two will be celebrating 40-year anniversaries. In addition, this year we will pay a special tribute to our many colleagues who are retiring this semester.
Also, please consider bringing a donation for the HVCC Food Pantry to the ceremony. A collection station will be located at the entrance to the Auditorium. Items most needed include (non-perishables and items with long shelf life are best):
– Snack-packs (granola bars, cheese and cracker packs, nuts, fruits, etc.)
– Instant soups (Ramen, single serving warm-up soups)
– Pudding packs
– Lunch packs
– Heat -n eat meals
– Complete meal packages (pasta w/sauce, etc.)
A reception will immediately follow the ceremony in the BTC meeting rooms and Clock Area. So, please plan to join us to celebrate with your colleagues, and welcome in the holidays with good food, good friends, and music of the season!
Come share in your colleagues- celebration of service and excellence this Friday at 3 p.m. in the BTC Auditorium, and take the opportunity to share with others in a donation to HVCC-s Food Pantry at the same time!
