Human Resources has been asked by numerous employees if it’s possible to form a Weight Watchers group on campus.
The answer is “yes” if 20 employees sign up by Thursday, Feb. 15!
That’s the number of participants needed for Weight Watchers to host a 12-week session on campus. The cost for the 12-week program is $156, which can be paid in three installments. (Please check with your health care provider, as some plans will contribute to the program cost.)
Weekly meetings will be held Wednesdays beginning Feb. 21 through May 9 from 12:15 to 1:15 p.m. in the Wellness Center, located in Suite 270 in the Siek Campus Center.
The program is open to both men and women, and now is the time to make some healthy changes that will help you feel your best! It also is a great opportunity to make some new friends.
