Kickboxing Upper Cut

The Office of Community, Professional and Workforce Development is pleased to offer a Kickboxing Upper Cut class.

Upper Cut is a low-impact, high-intensity kickboxing class that focuses on upper body combinations to increase cardiovascular endurance without jumps or kicks. Every cardio combo in the first segment puts muscle behind the movement to work the core and upper body while standing. The next segment focuses on a balance of muscle groups with regard to strengthening and stretching using your own body weight and a mat.
