Kronos Mobile will be live Friday, Sept. 29 for adjuncts.
If you already use Kronos to record your hours, you will need to complete a paper time sheet for your “adjunct work.” If you teach in more then one department, please contact Kristin Miller (629-4527 or k.miller@hvcc.edu) to find out which department you will use Kronos to compete your timesheet and for which department you will compete a paper time sheet.
Part-time faculty can find the Kronos manual on the Human Resoruces web page. It provides instructions on how to use Kronos and the Mobile device.
Please complete paper time sheets for the previous two pay periods. 8/21 through 9/3 and 9/4 through 9/17. If you have any questions please contact the Human Resources Office.
