Faculty Workshop Day is scheduled for Wednesday, March 1. The theme for this year is “Navigating New Frontiers: Positive Approaches to Educational Theory and Practice.” Check out our workshop descriptions here.
The deadline to register for workshops is 5 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 27. Click here to register. If you do not see a workshop listed, it means it is already filled.
The keynote speaker will also be livestreamed; most workshops will be held in person, with select workshops via Zoom. A light breakfast and lunch will be served.
Please bring a canned or dry good for the HVCC Food Pantry and to enter a raffle for a gift card.

Keynote Speaker: Dr. Jacqueline Richardson-Melecio is the president/CEO of Equity Dynamics, LLC. She brings more than 25 years of experience as a diversity, equity, and inclusion (D.E.I.) expert, and delivers quality consultation and training services to communities and organizations. A doctoral-level researcher and a Licensed Masters Social Worker, she recently authored her first book, “Belonging: Shifting Your D.E.I. Narrative,” which seeks to help organizational leaders be proactive in their D.E.I. journey.
