Self-awareness and Other-awareness
People often look at leadership as an external experience, the act of motivating and guiding other people, but the foundations of leadership are cultivated from within. In this workshop we will be discussing habits of successful leaders and applying that to our roles as college students and burgeoning young leaders in an uncertain world.
Examining self awareness from some unique perspectives, and landing in Hersey and Blanchard’s Situational Leadership Theory, participants should be prepared to look at their roles from a new and collaborative way.
Students who register and attend this leadership workshop will get a $10 e-gift card.
