Learn to launch or grow your small business during a presentation by the New York Small Business Development Center on Monday, Feb. 27, from 10 to 11:30 a.m. at the Capital District Educational Opportunity Center (EOC).

The EOC is located at 431 River St. in downtown Troy. The presentation will take place in Sharp Hall on the second floor, room 211.
