I am the local coordinator for STS Foundation. I am looking for host families for the next school year. Students are expected to arrive in August 2015.
Established in 1986, STS Foundation has placed thousands of foreign high school exchange students, from over 40 countries, in American high schools. They live with American families, who act as their host for an academic year or semester in the United States.
With headquarters in Concord, Massachusetts, STS Foundation is a non-profit organization that is committed to promoting understanding, respect, and goodwill among people of all nations. It achieves this mission through the devotion and care of our local coordinators, dedicated to supporting students, host families, and our partner schools.
Recognized as a leading organization in the student exchange industry, STS Foundation strictly adheres to the guidelines set forth by the Council of Standards for International Education Travel (CSIET) and regulations for exchange visitors established by the United of States Department of State.
Our students, ages 15-18, are selected for their academic interest and achievement, good character, adaptability and a satisfactory command of the English language. STS Foundation is a designated participant in the Kennedy-Lugar Youth Exchange and Study program.
