I’m looking to purchase land in the Poestenkill, Wynantskill, Snyders Lake or the Sand Lake area. I need at least an acre (unless otherwise grandfathered in) buildable lot and am open to more land if affordable. If there are town water and sewer already on the land, that would be a plus.
