Many area families attended an information night Thursday, Nov. 6 at the college’s TEC-SMART extension center in Malta to learn about the Clean Technologies & Sustainable Industries Early College High School. More than 200 high school students from 21 school districts currently earn college credit at the innovative school while preparing for higher education and careers in the fields of energy efficiency, renewable energy, and advanced technology including semiconductor manufacturing.
