It is with the deepest of sadness that I inform you that Marion Viasner, passed from this life on Thursday, Jan. 22 at 3:30 a.m. Marion’s husband, Jerry, and daughter, Abby, were with her.
No services will be scheduled; however, the family will be planning a celebration of Marion’s life to be held later in the spring.
Marion was employed at the EOC from 2005 until her retirement from her position as Secretary II in May 2014.
Marion was the glue that held so many things together at the EOC. Her commitment and dedication extended far beyond her job responsibilities. As with everything she undertook, she gave it her all, and in so doing insured that what she left behind was far better than what she inherited.
She will be greatly missed by all those who knew her and had the great pleasure of working with her.
