In order to streamline the process for reserving the multipurpose room (MPR) in the Marvin Library Learning Commons, we have developed a simple link on the “Faculty Services” page on the library website: https://www.hvcc.edu/lrc/faculty.html.
When the MPR is not currently or expected to be reserved for instruction, all employees may request access for one-time events. The MPR may not be reserved for regularly scheduled classes or meetings.
The reservation form is available at https://www.hvcc.edu/lrc/mpr-reservation.pdf.
Simply return the signed copy by fax (629-7509), e-mail (library@hvcc.edu) or by campus mail.
