The annual Radio Controlled Car Race by the seniors of the Mechanical Engineering Technology (MECT) program will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday under the overpass between the Guenther and Amstutz buildings.
As part of their senior design project, MECT students must design an RC car given only a motor and controller. Students are required to design the transmission, steering system and mountings. The cars will be put through some courses and trial speeds taken.
The event is open to the public.
