The Medical Imaging Department will host its annual Professional Recognition and Pining Ceremony beginning at 5 p.m. on Friday, May 16, in the Maureen Stapleton Theatre, located in the Siek Campus Center. Faculty, clinical staff, family and loved ones will gather to celebrate the amazing accomplishments of the graduating class of 2025.
The Medical Imaging Department offers an A.A.S. degree in Radiologic Technology, and certificates in Diagnostic Cardiac Sonography and Diagnostic Medical Sonography.
Along with the professional pins and certificates, honors’ medallions will be presented to qualifying graduates. The department also presents two special awards during the ceremony:
- The Scott Alaxanian Award for Academic Excellence
- The Lynne Kathryn Florio Award for Clinical Excellence
