The men’s lacrosse team (3-2) lost to Mercyhurst NE (3-2) 12-6 on Monday afternoon. The Vikings trailed by one goal going into the fourth quarter, but Mercyhurst NE pulled away in the end.
James Christensen (Bethlehem/White Plains) led the way with three goals while James Bryant (White Plains/White Plains) and Ryan Polak (Ridgewood (NJ)/Cincinnati) each added a goal. Paul Nicsevic Jr. (Colonie/Colonie) and Geoff Ulmer (Albany Academy/Albany) split time in goal combining for 10 total saves.
The Vikings next game is Saturday, Mar. 26 at Monroe Community College at 2 p.m.
