The Hudson Valley Community College men’s soccer team (1-1) earned its first victory of the year Sept. 3 defeating Finger Lakes Community College (0-4) 3-2.
Ryan Hanehan (South Glens Falls/Halfmoon) led the Vikings with two goals and one assist. Joe Lombardo (Orchard Park/Orchard Park) added one goal and one assist and Brandon Leichman (Guilderland/Guilderland) recorded four saves in the win.
The men’s next game is Thursday, Sept. 8 at Albany Pharmacy starting at 4:30 p.m.
