Please join us for a Mental Health Awareness Discussion with Gregory Owens on Monday, April 24 at 2 p.m. in the Siek Campus Center, room 150.
Mental health includes our emotional, psychological and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel and act. It also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others and make choices. Mental health is important at every stage of life, from childhood and adolescence through adulthood. All are welcome to take part in this important discussion.
Gregory Owens is a Licensed Master Social Worker, who currently serves as special projects director at the NYS Office of Children and Family Services.
