The Middle States Core Team expresses gratitude for the continued support from the members of the Academic Senate. This week marks an inflection point for the self-study as the first draft is shared with executives and board members with particular specialties and knowledge. The revisions will be ongoing throughout this fall. The college community will be asked for their review and input beginning in late September.
We anticipate an initial visit from Dr. McDonough in early November. This visit is in advance of the Full Middle States visit in April 2023.
We invite everyone to reflect on the following four questions:
1) How are Student Success and Student Support impacted by our decisions?
2) How well do our activities align with the College Mission and Institutional Goals?
3) Culture of Assessment: How do we know if our actions are efficacious?
4) Continuous Improvement: In what ways do we continue to improve?
