Our self-study has been inclusive. We have all benefited from the many perspectives and contributions from over 100 volunteers. A student leader who exemplifies volunteering and making a positive difference is Ellicia Swedish. She is a member of the Vikings Cross Country squad, a Student Senator, co-founder and visionary of the Horticulture Club, a member of the Personal Finance and Investment Club and the Entrepreneurship Club, and has been recognized by the SUNY Chancellor as a recipient of the Award for Student Excellence.
Ellicia joined the Working Group for Standard Two: Ethics and Integrity with an interest in how the college implements our values into policy.
The Working Group for Standard Two is co-chaired by Dan O’Connor and Dr. Linda Lim. Group members have included Dennis Kennedy, Brian Farr, Jimmy Perez, John Staerker, Christina Kelly, Jeff Schoonmaker, Jena Iversen, Alice Malavasic, Julie Warren, and Ellicia Swedish.
