The college has received the Middle States Small Team Visit Report, available in the Middle States News Organization in Blackboard in the Small Team Visit Report folder.
The Middle States Small Team Visit Report, submitted to the college after the January 23-25, 2017 follow-up visit to the 2016 Monitoring Report, confirms that in the visiting team’s judgement, the college “appears to continue to meet Standard 7, Institutional Effectiveness,” commending Hudson Valley for, among other things, “their ongoing commitment to the assessment process” and for “engaging in and, in fact, embracing authentic assessment.”
The college has responded to the Small Team Visit Report affirming our agreement with the judgement. This response is available in the Middle States News Organization in the Response to the Small Team Visit Report folder.
The Small Team Visit Report has been submitted to the Middle States Commission on Higher Education, which will officially take action on this recommendation in June 2017.
