All are welcome to join our Mindfulness Meditation group on Tuesdays at noon in the Interfaith Prayer Room (Siek Campus Center, room 220). Participants will be introduced to the practice of Mindfulness Meditation through guided practice and group discussion. Sessions last between 10 and 20 minutes.
Mindfulness Meditation is simply the practice of intentionally focusing your attention on the present moment, without judgement. Mindfulness meditation promotes mental and physical health. It is especially beneficial in our busy world today.
