The Assessment and Institutional Effectiveness (AIE) Committee met on Oct. 29 at 1 p.m. The meeting minutes are as follows:
Dr. Geehan opened the meeting at 1 p.m. and provided a Middle States update. Dr. Geehan, Kathy Petley and Dennis Wax met with the college Executive Team to discuss Middle States. The co-chairs and steering committee will be chosen by the end of this semester and in place by next Spring. There will be a Middle States portal created to supply the campus with updates.
Dr. Geehan discussed the Strategic Plan and Priorities, Core Indicators and Institutional Effectiveness Recommendations and their interconnectedness to the College Mission, Goals and Objectives. Dennis Wax discussed the Strategic Plan and the Strategic Planning Committee. Kathy Petley discussed the Key Performance Indictors and how they were created.
Dr. Geehan gave an update on the Nuventive software and discussed the training that will be provided.
The meeting was adjourned at 2 p.m.
