Greetings Everyone:
As you might remember from last year, The Center for Careers and Employment presented a “Dress for Success” Fashion Show the week before the Job Fair. It was such a great success that we will be having it again this year on Thursday, Mar. 10 at noon in the Siek Campus Center.
Students will model what to wear for an interview and everyday proper work attire. We are looking for faculty and employees to demonstrate to the audience what NOT to wear on job interviews. Last year, we had leopard print pants, short skirts, Hawaiian shirts, backwards hats, sneakers, and MP3 players to name a few of the “wrong” outfits.
If you are interested in being a “what NOT to wear” model, please contact me at d.torino@hvcc.edu or at 629-8113.
