Please remind those who plan on graduating or attending a Commencement ceremony on May 14 that graduate cap and gown orders, and degree/certificate applications are due on Monday, April 4.

Complete Degree/Certificate Application
There is no charge for student regalia orders.
Degree/certificate applications must be signed by an academic advisor ahead of the deadline and submitted to the Registrar’s Office by 5 p.m. Students completing program requirements in spring or summer who haven’t already applied, should complete the application as soon as possible.
Students who submit their degree/certificate application by April 4 will be featured in the printed Commencement program and celebratory wraps on local newspapers — Times Union, The Daily Gazette, The Record and The Saratogian on May 14.
Students may continue to submit degree/certificate applications until Monday, May 2 for Spring 2022 and Monday, Aug. 1 for Summer 2022, but they will not be included in those printed materials.
