Oakwood’s Summer Concert on the Lawn

It’s summertime; strike up the band!
The Friends of Oakwood Cemetery welcome the Colonie Town Band in a performance a lively popular and classical music, marches and show tunes. Bring your own chair or blanket and claim a spot on the lawn in front of the Earl Chapel. Sing along with your favorite tunes.
Young and young-at-heart audience members are invited to sing along with their favorite tunes and may have the exciting opportunity to conduct the 60-piece band’s final march! The Friends will be selling their delicious strawberry shortcake.
Please note: the only entrance open for this event will be the gate at 186 Oakwood Ave.
