New Campus Community project will help students in need

In a continuing effort to assist our students, the Student Activities Office will begin accepting small kitchen and/or household goods and appliances that will be offered to students and families in need.

Many of our students, who are living away from home, are in need of essential items such as toasters, tea kettles, small microwave ovens, coffee makers, dishes, irons, etc. This new campus community project will assist our students making transitions to college life while fostering a sense of independence. The new project will complement the Viking Cupboard (food pantry) that’s located adjacent to the Student Activities Office.

Items may be brought to the Student Activities Office, Campus Center, room 210 during office hours. Donations are limited to new items only.
