New Director of Institutional Assessment

After a successful search, Meg Mann has been appointed as the college’s Director of Institutional Assessment.

Meg has been a member of the Hudson Valley family since 2004. She has served as a Technical Assistant for the former schools of Health Sciences and Liberal Arts and Sciences and Business and Engineering and Industrial Technologies, as well as for the Office of Planning and Research. In 2019, Meg became our Accreditation and Assessment Analyst. Since the retirement of Dean Geehan in early June, Meg has served as the Interim Director of Institutional Assessment.

Meg brings a wealth of knowledge to this position. She has been instrumental in the implementation of Nuventive, our assessment and planning software platform. She has been a member for many years of the Assessment and Institutional Effectiveness Committee and has most recently been serving as co-chair. In addition, she served as the co-chair for Standard V of our recent Middle States self study and became an integral member of the Core Team. Meg has also been appointed by Dr. Ramsammy as our Middle States Accreditation Liaison Officer (ALO).
