I’m pleased to announce that we have recently launched a new web calendar solution.
A few highlights of the new calendar that users will notice include:
- Filtering/searching event listings
- Sign up for event reminders; email event details; add to calendar
- Social media sharing

We will continue to roll out more features of the new system on other web pages on the site.
Special thanks to Halea Dickinson and Stephen Kevlin in ITS as well as Miranda Forchap in my office for all of their work on this initiative.
As a reminder, employees should submit events they are coordinating so that we can help promote them throughout the website, social media channels and digital displays (an update on that project is coming tomorrow)!
