New license key for Respondus and StudyMate

Respondus and StudyMate Users,

Please be advised that the current version of Respondus (4.0.5.05) and StudyMate (2.5.1.02) are now available and you will need to input a new license key when you try to use the software.

The new license key can be found in Blackboard under the Courses Tab listed in the Help Links Module under Faculty Support and click on:

You do not need to reinstall the software if you are already using it, you just need to enter the new license number which you will be prompted to enter when you click on either Respondus or StudyMate icons.

Note: There is still no Mac version of the software.
