New Online Library Orientation available to all students in Blackboard

Do you need to do a research paper or project?  Whether your class is on or off campus or taught online, the new Marvin Library tutorial on How to Use the Library can help you with the research process.  This short tutorial (20 min) teaches students and staff about using our catalog and research databases, finding appropriate Web sites, citing sources, etc.

To find the online Marvin Library Tutorial, log on to Blackboard and click on How to Use the Library.  Quiz questions and a certificate of completion are built into the tutorial.  Students can prove they have completed the tutorial by printing their certificate.

As always, we want to ensure that students and staff have the best possible library experience.  If you prefer an in person library orientation, stop by the reference desk or call 629-7392 to schedule a session.  Here’s to a great semester!
