The Physical Plant is beginning the process of converting to a new work order system. The current work order system is no longer supported by the developer and we must upgrade to the new system.
To obtain a user ID and password, please contact Tina Maloney (t.maloney@hvcc.edu) or Sue Costello (s.costello@hvcc.edu). They will create a user ID and password and send a link to the new system, along with directions.
The use of the new system is currently voluntary as we are trying to reduce the number of work orders in the old system. The planned phase out date of the existing system is December 31, 2012.
Those who do not convert to the new system will receive an e-mail advising them of the change.
