With the installation of the new copiers on campus, a new print management software called PaperCut is being added to 14 copiers in open-access areas throughout campus. These copiers are accessed for copying and printing by the swiping of an employee’s ID card. The software currently is being loaded by ITS and Toshiba.
Copiers in the two Brahan copy rooms, CET Faculty Resource Room in the BTC, the two Fitzgibbons copy rooms, the Lang copy room, the Marvin faculty wing copier, the Williams Hall copy room, four copiers in the Science Center, and two public and student access copiers in the library. At this time, the software has been loaded on eight of the 14 copiers. Copiers in the Science Center, Brahan 007, and Fitz 233 still need to be completed.
ITS will be summiting an article that outlines instructions on how to print to the copiers using the PaperCut software.
Also, if you have a college-issued laptop and have been printing to Canon copiers, please open an ITS work order to have your drivers updated for Toshiba copiers.
