You are invited to attend the New York Solar Energy Meeting on Friday, Oct. 21 from noon to 1 p.m. at Hudson Valley Community College’s TEC-SMART facility, located at 345 Hermes Road in Malta.
Topics to be covered:
— What is RooflessSolar and how it works
— How the site will feed solar energy to the grid operated by New York State Electric and Gas (NYSEG)
— How the site will supply more than 100 residential customers in NYSEG’s Capital Region territory
— How low-income residents will be allowed to participate in local clean power generation
