NJCAA Day recap

For the third consecutive year, the NJCAA, the governing body of Junior College athletics, hosted its annual NJCAA Day on Thursday, Oct. 17. NJCAA Day is the association’s celebration of its student-athletes, staff, alumni and all of those affiliated with its member institutions.

Each year, the NJCAA establishes a theme for NJCAA Day, which this year was “An Opportunity to Serve.” The Vikings student-athletes took the theme to heart and branches out to help on campus and through the Hudson Valley community.

Campus Cleanup
Members of the Vikings football team woke up early to assist the college’s Physical Plant crew in cleaning up the campus in preparation for the day. Each day, the grounds crew is out early on campus in an effort to keep our campus clean.
