2015 WE@HVCC Faculty/Staff Award Nominations
Who can nominate? Any member of the HVCC/EOC community, but you cannot nominate yourself.
Who qualifies? Members of our college community, who are committed to education and have shown academic potential, are aware of their communities, are congenial, are persevering, may have survived personal and/or academic difficulties, exemplify the spirit of WE@HVCC and have yet to shine! Please see faculty/staff nomination criteria below.
You know who they are — employees who are working hard to improve their academic credentials and have the potential to shine! WE want to pat them on the back and say “WE recognize your efforts and would like to give you a boost!” The boost comes in the form of a monetary award for our faculty and staff award honorees. Prior recipients may be nominated; however, preference will be given to first-time nominees.
If you know of an employee who exemplifies the spirit of WE@HVCC who should be recognized, please nominate them. The nomination form can be accessed and submitted by clicking this link http://clubs.hvcc.edu/wordpress/we/. Then click the Faculty/Staff Award Nomination Form. The deadline is April 6, 2015.
Employee scholarship awards will be presented at the Annual WE@HVCC Spring Luncheon on Friday, April 17, 2015.
(WE@HVCC also awards student scholarships, which are presented at The Foundation spring scholarship reception.) The deadline is March 27, 2015. Contact the The Foundation at 629-8030 for more information.
