Nominations are tallied to determine finalists in each poll category. The top 5 — or more, in case of a tie — will be posted for the final, two-week voting period that determines the winners. During the finals, you can vote once a day per category!
HVCC placed third in 2022 and second in 2021.
A bonus for anyone who participates: The Times Union awards $1,000 each to two randomly selected people — one who submits a nomination and one who votes in this year’s poll. Drawing winners and the poll finalists rankings will be published in a “Best Of” magazine in April and shared at timesunion.com.
