Have you met a teacher who has made a difference in your life?
If so, please consider nominating him or her for the President’s Award for Excellence in Teaching. The deadline for nominations is Friday, April 6, 2018.
CRITERIA
- Exceptional teaching, demonstrated by innovative, student-centered methods.
- Effort and performance that goes above and beyond what is expected.
TO NOMINATE
- Organize a packet with other students for the chosen professor, specifically stating how he/she meets the criteria.
- Packet should include multiple letters of support from students, faculty, department chair, and staff.
- Packet must include organizer’s contact information (name, address, phone, email).
- A checklist is available in Brahan 008 to help in compiling your nomination packet.
